RNAseq analysis of the global retinal transcriptome of rod photoreceptor-specific Dicer1 conditional knockout mice and control littermates

We report RNAseq analysis of the transcriptome of retinas from mature rod-specific Dicer1 cKO mice and control littermates lacking Cre expression in order to better understand changes in gene regulation that could lead to retinal degeneration in cKO mice. Examine retinal transcriptome of 3 biological replicates for each genotype from 4-week-old animals with tissue collected between 8:00 - 10:00AM本研究报道了杆细胞特异性Dicer1条件性敲除（conditional knockout, cKO）成熟小鼠及其不表达Cre重组酶的同窝对照小鼠的视网膜转录组RNA测序（RNA sequencing, RNA-seq）分析结果，旨在深入探究可引发cKO小鼠视网膜变性的基因调控变化。本数据集涵盖两种基因型各3份生物学重复样本，均取自4周龄实验动物，组织采集时间统一为上午8:00至10:00。
