Microbial binning using VAMB of human gut microbiome Integrated Gene Catalogue

Metagenomics bins of the Human gut microbiome, Integrated Gene Catalogue. Consists of 9.8 million genes and 1270 samples. Bins are created using Variational Autoencoders for Metagenomics Binning (VAMB), a method that used deep learning to improve binning of microbial genomes from metagenomics datasets.

人类肠道微生物组宏基因组分箱整合基因目录。该数据集包含980万个基因与1270个样本。其分箱结果通过面向宏基因组分箱的变分自编码器（Variational Autoencoders for Metagenomics Binning, VAMB）生成，该方法依托深度学习优化宏基因组数据集内微生物基因组的分箱效果。
