IRON MAN1（简称IMA1）过表达株系的RNA测序（RNAseq）转录组数据集。IMA1过表达植株可在组织中积累铁（Fe），并组成型诱导根部的铁吸收系统。实验设计：将在正常培养条件下生长的EYFP过表达（EYFP OE）对照植株的叶片与根部组织，与经对照处理及缺铁处理的IMA1过表达植株的对应组织进行对比分析。
