The monophyly of Ecdysozoa, which comprise molting phyla, has received strong support from several lines of evidence. However, due to the lack of sequence data from "minor" phyla, the internal relationships of Ecdysozoa are still contended. We generated expressed sequence tags from a priapulid (penis worm), a kinorhynch (mud dragon), a tardigrade (water bear) and five chelicerate taxa by 454 trancriptome sequencing.
蜕皮动物总门(Ecdysozoa)由所有蜕皮类群构成,其单系性已得到多条证据链的强力支持。然而,由于缺乏‘小众’门类的序列数据,蜕皮动物总门的内部系统发育关系仍存在争议。本研究采用454转录组测序技术,对1种鳃曳动物(priapulid,俗称阴茎虫)、1种动吻动物(kinorhynch,俗称泥龙)、1种缓步动物(tardigrade,俗称水熊虫)以及5种螯肢动物类群进行测序,成功获取了表达序列标签(expressed sequence tags)。
