本数据集源自骨骼肌(skeletal muscle,SKM)与白色脂肪组织(white adipose tissue,WAT)的脂质组学检测结果,样本来自骨骼肌中氧化磷酸化(oxidative phosphorylation,OXPHOS)受抑制且经高脂饮食(high fat diet,HDF)喂养的小鼠。相关数据由Lipotype公司(https://www.lipotype.com/gclid=EAIaIQobChMIyeG1jK_g5wIVgvhRCh3KbgZuEAAYASAAEgIi0vD_BwE)获取,并由Laura Formentini完成分析;其为马德里自治大学(Universidad Autónoma de Madrid,UAM)塞韦罗·奥乔亚分子生物学中心(Centro de Biología Molecular "Severo Ochoa",CBMSO)分子生物学系首席研究员,主导项目"运动与病理状态下线粒体生物能量学在骨骼肌分泌组中的作用"。
