资源简介:

This marble statue is a Roman copy of the 2nd Century AD of a Hellenistic original of about 200-150BC. It was discovered in the temple of Apollo in Cyrene. In this elaborately carved figure, the iconographical features of both Apollo and Dionysos, the wine-god, have been fused; the slipping himation and the sensual treatment of the flesh are typical of Dionysos, while the kithara and quiver characterise Apollo. This object is part of Scan The World. Scan the World is a non-profit initiative introduced by MyMiniFactory, through which we are creating a digital archive of fully 3D printable sculptures, artworks and landmarks from across the globe for the public to access for free. Scan the World is an open source, community effort, if you have interesting items around you and would like to contribute, email stw@myminifactory.com to find out how you can help.
