Goal of this study is differential gene expression between wild type and Meevs mutants after UVB exposure Overall design: Triplicates of wild type and Meevs embryos mock-exposed or 450 J UVB exposed at 24 hpf, collected 5 hours post exposure or 24 hours post exposure

本研究旨在探究中波紫外线（UVB）照射后野生型与Meevs突变体之间的差异基因表达。
实验设计概况：野生型及Meevs突变体胚胎分为假照射组与450 J UVB照射组，于受精后24小时（24 hpf）进行对应处理，分别于照射后5小时及照射后24小时收集样本，每组设置3次生物学重复。
