GExplore

GExplore 1.4 now contains information about the domain organization of the proteomes of 9 nematode species, can display the location of Caenorhabditis elegans mutations with respect to the domain organization of the proteins, and includes stage-specific RNAseq gene expression data generated by the modENCODE project. The underlying database has been reorganized to facilitate independent updates of the different parts of the database and to allow the addition of novel data sets in the future.

GExplore 1.4 现已收录9种线虫物种的蛋白质组结构域组织相关信息；该工具可展示秀丽隐杆线虫（Caenorhabditis elegans）突变位点相对于蛋白质结构域组织的分布位置，并包含由modENCODE项目生成的阶段特异性RNAseq基因表达数据。其底层数据库已完成重构，以支持数据库各模块的独立更新，并为未来新增各类数据集提供了拓展条件。
