Gene expression data from mice Ago2-amygdala

In this study we aimed to uncover which mRNAs are changed in the Ago2-amygdala complex following chronic social defeat in mice We used microarrays to determine which mRNAs are changed in the Ago2-amygdala complexof mice following chronic social defeat compared to control Mice were subjected to chronic social defeat. 8 days following the end of the protocol, mice were sacrificed and amygdala was collected. The amygdala was immunoprecipitated using Ago2 beads and RNA was extracted to microarray.

本研究旨在探究小鼠经慢性社会挫败应激后，其Ago2-杏仁核复合物中哪些信使RNA（mRNA）发生了表达变化。我们采用基因芯片（microarrays）技术，对比对照组小鼠，鉴定出慢性社会挫败应激后小鼠Ago2-杏仁核复合物中存在表达差异的mRNA。实验小鼠均接受慢性社会挫败造模，造模方案结束8天后处死小鼠并收集杏仁核组织；随后使用Ago2磁珠对杏仁核组织进行免疫沉淀，提取RNA后开展基因芯片检测。
