Altered gut microbiota in female mice with persistent low body weights following removal of post-weaning chronic dietary restriction

Fecal microbiota was investigated in a female mouse model of growth failure arising from 96-day postnatal dietary restriction and persisting despite the restoration unlimited access to food for 24 days. The modifying effect of anabolic treatment with an insulin-like growth factor (IGF1) analog was also studied.

本研究以产后96天饮食限制诱导出现生长障碍，且在恢复24天自由采食后生长障碍仍持续存在的雌性小鼠模型为研究对象，对其粪便微生物群（fecal microbiota）展开了探究。此外，本研究还考察了胰岛素样生长因子1（IGF1）类似物合成代谢治疗的修饰效应。
