Molecular responses of largemouth bass to warming

This study analyzed the molecular responses of two lineages of Large Mouth Bass (LMB) to different developmental conditions. Samples from Florida and Northern LMB were exposed to 21C, 24C and 27C, and larvae were collected at 8 and 28 days post hatching. Results suggest there are differences in how both groups responded to elevated temperatures, and Northern LMB showed better performance when compared to Florida individuals.
