This paper introduces a novel perspective on black holes as natural instruments of dimensional reduction. Within this framework, black holes are not merely astrophysical singularities, but dynamic structures that compress and project higher-dimensional information into lower-dimensional states. By analyzing the entropy scaling, information density, and horizon dynamics, this work proposes that black holes serve as essential mechanisms for maintaining dimensional balance in complex systems. This reinterpretation offers new insights into the information paradox, holography, and the possible role of black holes in future models of dimensional evolution.
