Sweden’s laws on corporate responsibility for international bribery need urgent reform

Sweden has still not implemented reforms to its Penal Code initially recommended by the OECD Working Group on Bribery in June 2012. As a result, the Working Group is concerned about how effectively Sweden is able to investigate and sanction companies that bribe foreign public officials to obtain advantages in international business.

瑞典尚未落实经济合作与发展组织（Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development，简称OECD）贿赂问题工作组于2012年6月最初提出的本国刑法典改革建议。鉴于此，该工作组对瑞典能否有效调查并惩处为在国际商务中获取优势而贿赂外国公职人员的公司，表示深切担忧。
