The dataset contains spectroelectrochemical data generated by a sensor applied to the positive compart-ment of an all-Cu redox flow cell and rotating disk electrode data for the related kinetic study. By exploiting the linear relationship between absorbance and concentration, it is possible to evaluate Cu2+ concentration and dynamic SoC tracking under operating conditions. From the comparison of the Cu2+ concentration cal-culated from electrochemical data and from optical data it is possible to evaluate the critical steps in cell operation. The rotating disk electrode kinetic analysis of the Cu⁺/Cu2+ redox couple allows to redesign the charge/discharge protocol in order to overcome these criticalities. The data was developed under the NextGenerationEU-National Recovery and Resilience Plan (NRRP) “Ecosister” project.
本数据集包含应用于全铜氧化还原液流电池正极室的传感器所采集的光谱电化学数据,以及用于相关动力学研究的旋转圆盘电极测试数据。借助吸光度与浓度间的线性关系,可在实际运行工况下评估铜(II)离子浓度并实现动态荷电状态(State of Charge, SoC)追踪。通过对比由电化学数据与光学数据分别计算得到的铜(II)离子浓度,可评估电池运行中的关键环节。针对Cu+/Cu2+氧化还原电对的旋转圆盘电极动力学分析,可用于重新设计充放电规程以克服上述运行瓶颈。本数据集依托下一代欧盟-国家恢复与韧性计划(NRRP)“Ecosister”项目研发而成。
