DIC z-series of extracellular Toxoplasma gondii. T. gondii tachyzoites (strain RH) were cultivated in human foreskin fibroblast cells and parasites were harvested soon after emerging from host cells. Images acquired using API DeltaVision on a Olympus IX70 inverted microscope. Objective: Olympus 60X water immersion, 1.2 NA. Captured with CoolSnapHQ/ICX285.

本数据集包含胞外刚地弓形虫（Toxoplasma gondii）的微分干涉相差（Differential Interference Contrast, DIC）Z轴序列图像。所用刚地弓形虫速殖子（RH株）于人包皮成纤维细胞中培养，待其从宿主细胞逸出后尽快收获寄生虫。图像通过搭载API DeltaVision系统的奥林巴斯IX70倒置显微镜采集，物镜采用奥林巴斯60倍水浸物镜，数值孔径（Numerical Aperture, NA）为1.2，图像由CoolSnapHQ/ICX285相机拍摄。
