The data hereby provided correspond to the <b>LC-MS lipidomic analysis </b>performed in tissues of <b>zebrafish (<i>Danio rerio</i>) </b>exposed to distinct types of <b>carbon-based nanoparticles</b>.<br>This zip file contains 3 folders, named:<br>1. BRAIN: 10 files with an overall size of 12.3 MB2. GONADS: 10 files with an overall size of 14.7 MB3. INTESTINAL TRACTS: 10 files with an overall size of 14.6 MB<br>Each folder contains two sub-folders grouping the files in two categories, corresponding to the gender of the zebrafish<i> </i>(female or male). Moreover, each of these sub-folders contain five other sub-folders, which classify the files in five other categories, according to the type of treatment: controls, C₆₀ fullerene, SWCNT, long MWCNT or short MWCNT.<br>Other useful information of the data set:<br>1. The provided data correspond to compressed data (using ROI strategy).2. The data are supplied as <b>.mat files</b>, which can be read and processed inside MATLAB platform.3. Each of the 30 supplied files (10 for brain, 10 for gonads and 10 for intestinal tracts) contains an augmented data matrix including the LC-MS info of three replicates and a vector of the measured mass values.<br>

本压缩包包含3个命名如下的文件夹：
1. 脑组织（BRAIN）：共计10个文件，总大小为12.3 MB；

3. 肠道组织（INTESTINAL TRACTS）：共计10个文件，总大小为14.6 MB。
