Effect of von Willebrand factor on gene expression in HUVECs

Von Willebrand factor is a paracrine/autocrine regulator of human mesenchymal stem cell adhesion to distressed/apoptotic endothelial cells. This data set examines effect of vWF on gene expression in HUVECs. HUVECs were maintained in EGM2 media and treated with vWF in Hank's buffered salt solution (HBSS).

血管性血友病因子（Von Willebrand factor，vWF）是人源间充质干细胞黏附于应激/凋亡内皮细胞的旁分泌/自分泌调控因子。本数据集检测了vWF对人脐静脉内皮细胞（Human Umbilical Vein Endothelial Cells，HUVEC）基因表达的影响。实验中，HUVEC培养于EGM2培养基中，随后使用溶于汉克斯缓冲盐溶液（Hank's Buffered Salt Solution，HBSS）的vWF进行处理。
