Analyzing the influence of the protein-coding gene Evl or it's intronic miR-342 on hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells on gene expression level. Evl drives lymphopoiesis, whereas miR-342 deregulates myeloid signaling pathways. Total RNA obtained from murine hematopoietic primary lineage negative (lin-) Sca1+ cKit+ (LSK) cells after lentivirus-mediated overexpression of Evl or miR-342 compared to mock.
本数据集旨在分析编码蛋白基因Evl及其内含子microRNA-342(miR-342)对造血干祖细胞基因表达水平的影响。其中,Evl可驱动淋巴细胞生成,而miR-342会失调髓系信号通路。实验中,我们将经慢病毒介导分别过表达Evl或miR-342的小鼠源性原代造血谱系阴性(lin⁻)Sca1⁺cKit⁺(LSK)细胞的总RNA,与空载体对照组(mock)的总RNA进行对比分析。
