Data FIles Gen $P:$G = 1:1

The file Data1_1.zip includes data files with phenotypes for genomic scenarios with relative cost pf phenotype to genotype of 1:1. Each file is named after the type of selection it ran (Gen for genomic ) followed by the availability of the initial training population (True / False), the number of phenotypic records per lactation ([1-10) and by the ratio of the cost of phenotyping and genotyping (1_1). The data file contains herd_Year, phenotypic value and individual's ID.

Data1_1.zip 压缩包内含针对基因组场景（genomic scenarios）的表型数据文件，此类场景下表型鉴定（phenotyping）与基因型鉴定（genotyping）的相对成本比为1:1。各数据文件的命名遵循以下规则：以运行的选择类型（Gen，即基因组选择（genomic selection））为前缀，后续依次标注初始训练种群（training population）的可用性（True/False）、每泌乳期的表型记录数（范围[1,10)），以及表型鉴定（phenotyping）与基因型鉴定（genotyping）的成本比（1_1）。每个数据文件均包含畜群-年度（herd_Year）字段、表型值以及个体标识（ID）。
