Data Record 1: Primary dsRNA screen data

Primary dsRNA screen data are contained in tabs termed Controls (negative and positive controls), Samples (RNAi vectors) and ND Samples (targeting sequences for which an RFratio could not be determined for technical reasons). The tab termed “Selection 2nd Screen” contains all the targeting sequences taken to the secondary screen and respective location coordinates in the arrayed hit plates (1-13).

原代双链RNA（double-stranded RNA, dsRNA）筛选数据存储于三个工作表中，分别为「对照组（含阴性对照与阳性对照）」、「样品组（RNAi载体）」以及「未确定样品组（即因技术原因无法测定RFratio的靶向序列）」。名为「第二轮筛选」的工作表收录了全部进入二次筛选的靶向序列，以及各序列在1至13号阵列化命中孔板中的对应位置坐标。
