Sequencing of active retrotransposon insertion site to construct a linkage map in sweet potato. Ipomoea batatas strain:PSL,90IDN-47 and F1 mapping population

Rtsp-1 is one of the active retrotransposon in sweet potato. In this project, its insertion sites were specifically sequenced in a mapping population derived from two different sweet potato cultivars. Our goal is to construct a linkage map using these insertion sites.

Rtsp-1是甘薯中一类活跃的反转录转座子（retrotransposon）。本研究对由两个不同甘薯栽培品种衍生的作图群体（mapping population）中的Rtsp-1插入位点进行了特异性测序，研究目标为利用这些插入位点构建遗传连锁图谱（linkage map）。
