RNA-Seq on common bacterial pathogens in the presence vs absence of a variety of antibiotics. Two susceptible and two resistant isolates were exposed to antibiotics in laboratory culture, total RNA was extracted at various timepoints from cultures with and without antibiotics, and cDNA libraries were prepared for Illumina sequencing.

本数据集针对常见细菌致病菌在多种抗生素存在与缺失条件下开展RNA测序（RNA-Seq）研究。研究选取2株敏感菌株与2株耐药菌株，在实验室培养体系中对其施加抗生素处理；随后于多个时间点从施加与未施加抗生素的培养物中提取总RNA，并构建cDNA文库以用于Illumina测序。
