6. Corresponding scores based on follow-up status: 5 points for "Intention", 1 point for "Temporarily shelved", 10 points for "Visited", 10 points for "First visit", 20 points for "Waiting for payment", 30 points for "Closed (transaction completed)";
The final customer value score is obtained by summing all the above scores and rounding to the nearest whole number.
