#Observa opinion polls: #---------------------- # #From 1967 and onwards Observa has carried out a number of opinion polls, i.e. surveys of attitudes and habits of life, partly through so-called political index polls (postal panel surveys) and partly through more extensive attitudinal surveys based on interviews. The political index polls have been carried out regularly in the period (approx. 10 times a year), whereas the attitudinal surveys have been carried out quarterly in the period 1969 to 1972. The current data collection of similar data material over a long period of time makes it possible to carry out various kinds of time series analyses, especially as regards party preference. #Other subjects are usually treated more superficially owing to the conditions under which the surveys are carried out (they are designed for publication in daily papers so the main emphasis has been put on topical issues, and only subjects which may be dealt with by means of a limited number of questions are included). #Until 1971 the political index polls were carried out for the daily paper Aktuelt; from 1972 for the daily paper Morgenavisen Jyllands-Posten. The attitudinal surveys have been carried out exclusively for Jyllands-Posten. # # #Observa Political Index Polls, 1985: #------------------------------------ #In 1985 Observa carried out 10 political index polls. All the questions from these surveys, together with a fixed set of recurring background variables, are found in DDA-1083: Observa Political Index Polls, 1985. In addition, the individual political index polls, which contain various questions on topical issues, are found in DDA-1084 to DDA-1093. # #This survey (DDA-1087 Observa Political Index Polls 1986: May) deals with the following topical issues: # #Party preference; the contribution of the USA, the USSR and China to world peace; whether the respondent believes that the Government and an alternative Socialist government works/will work for the benefit of the country; monthly amount available after regular outlays; assessment of the members of the Government; summer holidays 1984 and summer holiday plans; and saving up (apart from saving in dwelling or for a pension) within the last year

自1967年起，欧尔萨（Observa）已开展多项民意调查，即针对民众生活态度与日常习惯的调研，调研形式主要分为两类：一类为所谓的政治指数民调（邮政固定样本调查），另一类为基于访谈的大规模态度调研。其中政治指数民调在对应时期内定期开展（年均约10次），而态度类调研则在1969年至1972年间按季度进行。本次收录的长期同类数据集合，可支持开展各类时间序列分析，在政党偏好相关议题上尤为适用。

由于调研的开展条件限制（此类民调旨在供日报刊发，核心聚焦时事议题，且仅纳入可通过少量问题完成调研的主题），其他主题的调研通常较为粗浅。

1971年以前，政治指数民调的委托方为日报《Aktuelt》；1972年起，委托方改为日报《日德兰邮报（Morgenavisen Jyllands-Posten）》。态度类调研则仅由《日德兰邮报（Morgenavisen Jyllands-Posten）》委托开展。

1985年，欧尔萨（Observa）共开展10次政治指数民调。这些调研的全部问题，连同一套固定的常规背景变量，均收录于数据集DDA-1083：《1985年欧尔萨政治指数民调》。此外，各单期政治指数民调（包含各类时事议题相关问题）分别收录于DDA-1084至DDA-1093。

本次调研（DDA-1087《1986年5月欧尔萨政治指数民调》）涉及以下时事议题：
政党偏好；美国、苏联与中国对世界和平的贡献；受访者是否认为现任政府与替代性社会主义政府曾/将为国家谋福祉；日常固定支出后的月度可支配金额；对内阁成员的评价；1984年暑假及暑期度假计划；以及过去一年间的储蓄行为（不含住房储蓄或养老金储蓄）。
