GNPS_A549 Epithelial cell Bacteria Interaction NanoDESI-MS/MS

These are data dependent nanoDESI-MS/MS collections of epithelial (A549 cell line) - bacterial interaction. A549 cell culture were incubated with bacterial cultures for 24 hours before nanoDESI-MS.

本数据集为上皮细胞（A549细胞系，A549 cell line）与细菌相互作用的、采用数据依赖采集模式的纳米解吸电喷雾电离串联质谱（nanoDESI-MS/MS）数据集集合。具体实验步骤为：将A549细胞培养物与细菌培养物共同孵育24小时后，进行纳米解吸电喷雾电离质谱（nanoDESI-MS）检测。
