Genome re-sequence of Antrodia camphorata

Comparative analysis of SNVs and Indels in genomes of Antrodia camphorata mutant E3-64 and start strain AC16101 through genome re-sequencing revealed putative reasons for high production of triterpenoid by mutant E3-64.

本研究通过基因组重测序（Genome Re-sequencing），对樟芝（Antrodia camphorata）突变体E3-64与起始菌株AC16101的基因组中的单核苷酸变异（SNVs, Single Nucleotide Variants）和插入缺失变异（Indels, Insertions and Deletions）开展比较分析，揭示了突变体E3-64高产三萜类化合物（Triterpenoid）的推测成因。
