直轄市、縣（市）三會報定期會議

會議內容以年度政策宣導、工作執行成效與狀況推演等方式實施，由與會人員共同研討，磨練應變制變處置能力，發揮平時支援災害救援，戰時支援軍事作戰之應有效益。

This meeting is conducted through activities including annual policy advocacy, review of work implementation effectiveness and scenario simulation. All participants will carry out joint deliberations to hone their ability to respond to and adapt to emergencies, thereby maximizing the due effectiveness of supporting disaster relief in peacetime and military operations during wartime.
