To begin screening global effects on osteoclast activity in an unbiased fashion, we conducted a transcriptome analysis comparing the expression profiles of wild-type, Mmp9/Mmp14 DKO osteoclasts, and Mmp9/Mmp14 DKO osteoclasts treated with GCS-100 Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for wild-type, Mmp9/Mmp14 DKO osteoclasts, and Mmp9/Mmp14 DKO osteoclasts treated with GCS-100.
