Two target enrichment experiments were performed with the same individuals, the first capture with 23 indexed multiplexed individuals and the second with a pool of 36 non-indexed individuals. Capture probes were designed for ~5 Mb of randomly chosen coding exonic regions of H. axyridis from a de novo transcriptome (Vogel et al. 2017). Target enrichment using SeqCap EZ Developer Library version 5.0 (Roche Nimbelgen Technologies). DNA extractions were performed using Qiagen Dneasy Blood & Tissue kit.
