MIR142 Sanger sequencing results in MPNs

To extend and complement knowledge about the occurrence and/or frequency of MIR142 mutations in hematologic cancers, we sequenced MIR142 in large panels of MPNs [including polycythemia vera (PV), essential thrombocythemia (ET), primary myelofibrosis (PMF), and chronic myeloid leukemia (CML)], blood disorders for which such mutations have never been tested, and in AML and CLL, for which the mutations have been reported. The dataset gathers Sanger sequencing results of the MIR142 locus.

为拓展并完善血液系统恶性肿瘤中MIR142突变的发生情况及发生频率相关的现有认知，我们对大样本队列的骨髓增殖性肿瘤（MPNs，包括真性红细胞增多症（PV）、原发性血小板增多症（ET）、原发性骨髓纤维化（PMF）与慢性髓性白血病（CML））、此前从未针对此类突变开展检测的血液疾病，以及已有该突变相关报道的急性髓系白血病（AML）与慢性淋巴细胞白血病（CLL）中的MIR142基因座进行了测序。本数据集收录了MIR142基因座的桑格测序（Sanger sequencing）结果。
