A review of photovoltaic panels in residential buildings based on Köppen-Geiger’s climate zone classification

A direct association exists between the productivity of PV and the region's climate; therefore, this research conducted a Systematic Literature Review on this nexus. Therefore, this study assessed (i) self-sufficiency, (ii) economic viability, and (iii) optimum tilt angle and orientation of PV technology in residential buildings across the climate zones.

光伏（Photovoltaic, PV）系统的发电效率与所在区域的气候存在直接关联；因此，本研究针对这一关联开展了系统文献综述（Systematic Literature Review）。据此，本研究针对不同气候分区内住宅建筑中的光伏技术，评估了（i）自给率、（ii）经济可行性，以及（iii）最优倾角与朝向。
