RNA-seq of iNKT cells in the skin and spleen of CCR10+/EGFP mice

To compare transcriptomic profiles between skin and spleen iNKT cells, the analysis of global gene expressions in iNKT cells was performed using RNA-seq data obtained from iNKT cells purified from skin and spleen of CCR10+/EGFP mice. Total RNA of iNKT cells were isolated. RNA-sequencing was done for the transcriptomic analysis of skin and spleen iNKT cells.

为比较皮肤与脾脏iNKT细胞（invariant natural killer T cells）的转录组特征，本研究通过分析源自CCR10+/EGFP小鼠皮肤和脾脏中纯化得到的iNKT细胞的RNA测序（RNA-seq）数据，完成了iNKT细胞全局基因表达谱的解析。实验过程中，首先提取了iNKT细胞的总RNA，随后针对皮肤和脾脏iNKT细胞开展了转录组分析所需的RNA测序工作。
