Stakeholder-based Tool for the Analysis of Regional Risk (STARR) Framework with Dynamic Building Inventory

This project examines how dynamic building inventory growth and hazard-based land use policies affect long-term disaster risk in coastal communities. The dataset includes projected building counts, land use restrictions, and acquisition/retrofit policy scenarios over 20 years. These data support research on how development patterns and land use rules shape community exposure and policy trade-offs.
