Using a newly developed bioinformatics pipeline to separate homeologous RNAseq reads, we have demonstrated that zinc accumulation in A. kamchatica is largely the result of transcriptional patterns and polymorphism derived from the diploid hyperaccumulating ancestor A. halleri despite hybridization with a non-accumulating A. lyrata ancestor.

借助全新开发的生物信息学流程(bioinformatics pipeline)分离部分同源RNA测序读数(homeologous RNAseq reads),我们证实:尽管A. kamchatica与不富集锌的A. lyrata祖先发生了杂交,但其锌积累特性主要源自其二倍体超富集祖先A. halleri的转录模式与多态性。
