Gene expression profiles of the lymphoid and non-lymphoid leukemias induced by the Graffi murine leukemia retrovirus

We used the microarrays to obtain the cancerous signatures of T-cell, B-cell, erythroid and megakaryoblastic leukemias in mice. Keywords: cell type comparison 16 samples are included, 13 corresponding to leukemic samples and 3 corresponding to control samples. Each control sample corresponds to the pooled RNA of 12 mice.

本研究通过微阵列芯片（microarrays）获取小鼠T细胞（T-cell）、B细胞（B-cell）、红细胞系及巨核细胞白血病的癌变特征谱。关键词：细胞类型比较（cell type comparison）。本数据集共纳入16份样本，其中13份为白血病样本，剩余3份为对照样本。每份对照样本对应12只小鼠的混合RNA。
