Muscovy duck, as an excellent lean meat duck species on the market, is deeply loved by farmers and consumers because of its large body, fast growth, and high lean meat rate.However, its production efficiency is affected to a certain extent due to its strong nesting and low fertility.We took samples of Muscovy ducks (three biological replicates each) in the three periods of pre-production, low-yield and high-yield, hoping to obtain the regulation mechanism and related genes related to laying and high yield.

番鸭(Muscovy duck)作为当前市场上的优质瘦肉型鸭品种,凭借体型硕大、生长速度快、瘦肉率高等优势,深受养殖户与消费者的喜爱。然而,由于其就巢性强、受精率较低,生产效率受到了一定程度的影响。本研究采集了番鸭在产蛋前期、产蛋低产期与产蛋高峰期三个阶段的样本(每个阶段设置3个生物学重复),以期揭示与产蛋性能及高产性状相关的调控机制及相关基因。
