我们首次提出用针刺损伤初级运动皮层来建立小鼠自主运动缺陷模型。采用转棒实验、圆筒实验和前爪握力实验检测C57BL/6 J和NCG小鼠的运动协调性。免疫荧光染色PKC-gamma、UCHL1、GFAP、Iba1和Fluoro-Jade C分析运动神经元、小胶质细胞、星形胶质细胞和变性神经元的数量。
We herein report the first establishment of a mouse model of voluntary motor deficit via needle puncture-mediated injury to the primary motor cortex. Motor coordination of C57BL/6 J and NCG mice was assessed using the rotarod test, cylinder test, and forelimb grip strength test. Immunofluorescence staining targeting PKC-gamma, UCHL1, GFAP, Iba1, and Fluoro-Jade C was performed to quantify the numbers of motor neurons, microglia, astrocytes, and degenerative neurons.
