This data was created using the PANDAT diffusion model for measured composition of additively manufactured (powder DED) Nickel-based Alloy 625 with AM (laser powder bed fusion) copper alloy GRCop-42. The model was set for a temperature of 850C for 50, 100, 200, and 500 hours.
本数据集通过PANDAT扩散模型(PANDAT Diffusion Model)生成,用于表征两类增材制造(Additive Manufacturing,AM)合金的实测成分:其一为采用粉末定向能量沉积(powder Directed Energy Deposition,DED)工艺制备的镍基合金625,其二为采用激光粉末床熔融(Laser Powder Bed Fusion)工艺制备的铜合金GRCop-42。本次测试的工况设置为850℃下分别保温50、100、200及500小时。
