mRNA sequencing of circCpsf6 silencing models in N2A cells

本研究通过mRNA测序（mRNA sequencing），旨在探究N2A细胞中沉默circCpsf6时所涉及的差异表达mRNA分子。circCpsf6敲低诱导的mRNA差异表达情况通过火山图（volcano plot）得以揭示。热图（heatmaps）则呈现了N2A细胞中circCpsf6沉默后，差异mRNA的上调与下调聚类簇。实验整体设计：N2A细胞中si-NC（阴性对照小干扰RNA）与si-circCpsf6（靶向circCpsf6的小干扰RNA）两组样本的mRNA表达谱。
