研究大型柔性风电叶片弹性缩比相似模型设计制造方法,基于高精度采集设备得到缩比模型的刚度试验测试结果以及模态试验测试结果。对制作完成的弹性缩比相似模型进行地面模态试验和刚度试验,采集其结构固有特性,检验其与设计值之间的误差,保证模型的准确性,生成模型的加速度响应和柔度控制点变形的数据。刚度试验得到柔度阵与仿真得到柔度阵比对,分析误差;模态试验加工结果与软件计算得到的模态频率振型比对,分析误差。数据集主要包含模型的加速度响应和柔度控制点变形的原始数据,数据处理结果及相关技术报告,数据量约360MB。
This study focuses on the design and manufacturing methods of elastic scaled similarity models for large flexible wind turbine blades. Stiffness test results and modal test results of the scaled models were obtained via high-precision acquisition equipment. Ground modal tests and stiffness tests were conducted on the completed elastic scaled similarity models to collect their structural inherent characteristics, verify the error between test results and design values to ensure model accuracy, and generate data on the acceleration responses and deformation of flexibility control points of the models. The flexibility matrix derived from stiffness tests was compared with that obtained from simulations to analyze errors; the results of modal tests were compared with the modal frequencies and mode shapes calculated by software to analyze errors. The dataset mainly includes raw data of the models' acceleration responses and deformation of flexibility control points, data processing results, and relevant technical reports, with a total data volume of approximately 360 MB.
