HT-29 cells exposed to lead ion by transcriptome

The study involved dividing cells into two distinct groups: a treatment group (T) exposed to 8 mM lead acetate, based on previous literature, and a control group (C) treated with a solution that did not contain lead acetate. Transcriptome analysis was leveraged to detect changes in gene expression in HT-29 cell lines before and after exposure to lead acetate.
