BADGER benchmark resource files and raw results

BADGER benchmark supporting files This repository contains both the raw output results of every genetic relatedness estimation method benchmarked throughout this study, as well as the resource files required to generate these results using BADGER. badger-benchmark-resources.tar.gz: contains all of the "resource" files used as an input to BADGER, to generate the provided benchmark results. badger-benchmark-results.tar.gz: contains the raw output results of every genetic relatedness estimation software benchmark in the current study, across all of the studied parameters. Detailled information regarding the structure and hierarchy of these two archives can be found in the accompanying README.md file
