Fluorometer data files

These files provide supporting information for "Multi-tracer field fluorometry: accounting for temperature and turbidity variability during stream tracer tests" published in Water Resources Research.<br> Field_BTCs.zip This file contains field fluorometer calibrations and measurements of tracer breakthrough curves. Calibrations were carried out in the following order: stream water blank, Uranine, Resazurin, Resorufin. Breakthrough curve measurements are presented as mV readings for three tracer lamps and turbidity, plus temperature measurements from the same instrument.<br> Lab_temperature.zip This file contains data showing the effects of temperature on fluorescent tracer dye measurements at varying concentrations.<br> Lab_turbidity.zip This file contains data showing the effects of turbidity on fluorescent tracer dye measurements at varying concentrations.<b></b>本数据集为发表于《水资源研究》（Water Resources Research）的论文《多示踪剂野外荧光光度法：溪流示踪试验中温度与浊度变异性的校正方法》提供支撑信息。<br>Field_BTCs.zip：该压缩包包含野外荧光计校准数据与示踪剂穿透曲线实测数据。校准流程按以下顺序开展：溪流水空白样、荧光素钠（Uranine）、刃天青（Resazurin）、试卤灵（Resorufin）。示踪剂穿透曲线的实测数据以三台示踪剂灯、浊度的毫伏（mV）读数形式呈现，同时附带同一仪器采集的温度数据。<br>Lab_temperature.zip：该压缩包收录不同浓度条件下，温度对荧光示踪染料（fluorescent tracer dye）测量结果产生影响的相关实验数据。<br>Lab_turbidity.zip：该压缩包收录不同浓度条件下，浊度对荧光示踪染料测量结果产生影响的相关实验数据。
