Gulf Watch Alaska Forage Fish Component: Zooplankton Biomass data from 2012-2015 in Prince William Sound, Alaska

These data is part of the Gulf Watch Alaska (GWA) long term monitoring program, pelagic monitoring component. The dataset contains zooplankton biomass data from our summer surveys (2012-2015) in Prince William Sound, Alaska, it includes: date, time, latitude, longitude, depth, species and biomass (m3). Zooplankton samples were collected in the upper 50 m of the water column during daylight hours with a 150 micron mesh 0.25 m diameter paired ring net at most CTD stations. Samples were preserved in a 10% full strength formalin solution and later identified to the lowest possible taxon by stage and a subsample were weighed by Chris Stark at Stark Fisheries Research. Results are presented in .csv format.

本数据集隶属于阿拉斯加海湾观察（Gulf Watch Alaska, GWA）长期监测计划的浮游监测子项目。
该数据集涵盖2012—2015年夏季于阿拉斯加威廉王子湾开展的调查所获取的浮游动物生物量数据，包含以下字段：采样日期、采样时间、纬度、经度、采样深度、物种信息及生物量（单位：立方米）。
浮游动物样品于日间在水柱上层50米范围内采集，多数CTD（温盐深剖面仪）站位使用孔径150微米、网口直径0.25米的成对环形网完成采样。
样品采用10%浓福尔马林溶液进行固定，后续由斯塔克渔业研究（Stark Fisheries Research）的克里斯·斯塔克（Chris Stark）按发育阶段将样品鉴定至最低可行分类阶元，并对子样本进行称重。
最终结果以CSV（逗号分隔值）格式呈现。
