Mice lacking DUSP11 display enhanced interferon signaling signature RNA extracted from liver (n=24) or spleen (n=6) of wild-type (n=15) and DUSP11-deficient (n=15) mice subjected to immune-stimulatory 5'-ppp RNA treatment (n=12 liver, 8 male/4 female), mock treatment (n=6 liver, 2 male/4 female; n=6 spleen, 2 male/4 female), or untreated (n=6 liver, 4 male/2 female). Mice were age/sex pair-matched within each treatment.
缺失DUSP11基因的小鼠呈现增强的干扰素信号通路特征。本数据集的RNA样本提取自野生型与DUSP11缺陷型小鼠的肝脏(总样本量n=24)或脾脏(总样本量n=6),其中野生型小鼠共15只,DUSP11缺陷型小鼠共15只。受试小鼠接受三类处理:免疫刺激性5'-三磷酸(5'-ppp)RNA处理(肝脏样本n=12,含雄性8只、雌性4只)、模拟空白对照处理(肝脏样本n=6,雄性2只、雌性4只;脾脏样本n=6,雄性2只、雌性4只),以及未处理组(肝脏样本n=6,雄性4只、雌性2只)。所有处理组内的小鼠均按年龄与性别进行配对匹配。
