This file is an archive of iPSC eQTL summary statistics performed in Jakubosky et al., Nature Communications, 2020 (PMID 32522982).Detailed information about the iPSCORE Collection, including molecular samples, methods, and access to molecular datasets, is on the Frazer Lab website.File Descriptions:- svonly_all_qtls.v1.tsv.gz: eQTL analysis performed only on SVs- dbgap_all_qtls_v1.tsv.gz: primary eQTL analysis performed on SVs, SNPs and indels- dbgap_secondary_qtls_v1.tsv.gz: conditional eQTLs on the lead variants identified in dbgap_all_qtls_v1.tsv.gz
