Abstract: The main objective of the paper is to analyze the development of distance education activities in the Brazilian Public Ministry. Quantitative and qualitative research techniques and materials are used, and among the discussed data, we highlight those resulting from a survey conducted with all Brazilian Public Ministry’s institutional schools on the subject, and those relating to São Paulo’s Public Ministry, that develops distance education since 2008. We conclude that there is great heterogeneity in the Brazilian Public Ministry and one of the highlights of the work of the Public Ministry of São Paulo is linked to the pedagogical approach used.

摘要:本研究旨在分析巴西公共检察署(Brazilian Public Ministry)远程教育活动的发展情况。研究采用定量与定性研究方法及相关资料,所讨论的数据中重点包括两类:一类是针对巴西公共检察署全部所属院校开展的该主题问卷调查所得数据,另一类是与圣保罗公共检察署(São Paulo Public Ministry)相关的调研数据——该署自2008年起便开展远程教育实践。研究结论表明,巴西公共检察署体系内部存在显著异质性,而圣保罗公共检察署的工作亮点之一,与其所采用的教学法密切相关。
