To understand tissue resident features of memory CD4+ and CD8+ T lymphocytes of the bone marrow and/or spleen according to expressing or not the tissue retention marker CD69, we performed whole transcriptome profiling of ex vivo antigen-specific CD69+ and CD69- memory CD4+ T cells isolated from bone marrow and spleen, and ex vivo CD69+ and CD69- memory CD8+ T cells isolated from bone marrow.
为解析骨髓与/或脾脏内记忆性CD4+及CD8+ T淋巴细胞的组织驻留特征（按是否表达组织滞留标记物CD69分组），我们对从骨髓及脾脏分离获得的离体抗原特异性CD69阳性与CD69阴性记忆性CD4+ T细胞，以及从骨髓分离获得的离体CD69阳性与CD69阴性记忆性CD8+ T细胞开展了全转录组表达谱分析。
