Transgenic Arabidopsis thaliana plants expressing HSVd were used in this study. Two independent lines, line7 (A7) and line10 (B10), were analyzed, with three biological replicates for each line. The wild-type Col-0 plants were used as controls.

本研究采用表达啤酒花矮化类病毒（Hop stunt viroid，HSVd）的转基因拟南芥（Arabidopsis thaliana）植株作为实验材料。本研究分析了两个独立株系：株系7（记为A7）与株系10（记为B10），每个株系设置三次生物学重复。实验以野生型Col-0植株作为对照。
