Datasets and R scripts used to perform Genomic prediction in multi-environment groundnut traisl

Three genomic prediction models were implemented in this research to assess the predictive ability using four different cross-validation (CV) strategies that simulate unique realistic problems that breeders face at different stages of the breeding pipeline.
